We were there for 4 days, everything was perfect, liked its handy and comfy location adjacent to the beautiful Estrela park that has lovely trees and cafes inside, Estrela Guesthouse and cafes. Very friendly employees helped us a lot: )

The rooms are clean, spacious, and filled with light. Loved the access to shared kitchen facilities and the balcony. Perfect location near Tram 28 and walking distance to attractions.

A bit more local tips or guidance from staff would have enhanced our experience during stay.

A nice size room and comfy bed so I slept well. I was happy to have a spacious and the stuff where very amiable and especially helpful. I found the hotel's location handy, near the beautiful Estrela park that has lovely trees and cafes inside, Principe Real, and Lisbon. Ate at Frade dos Mares, its just a short stroll away from the venue👍❤

The room had a cozy vibe that felt cute after a long day. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions and public transport.

The mattress felt worn out, and the blankets were too thin for chilly nights. Windows didn't insulate well, leading to a colder-than-comfortable environment. Cleanliness left something to be desired with dust and debris present, particularly in the shower area. Access issues arose due to a malfunctioning keypad, which left guests waiting for entry until helped by others.

This nice hotel has well decorated rooms, located 0.5 miles from Humberto Delgado airport. It offers excellent, good location. Btw, there's close to a tram station.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the daily fresh towels and the access to a well-stocked kitchen. Be prepared for some door challenges! A heads-up about using extra force to open the door, especially from inside, would be helpful. Location is fantastic for exploring Lisbon!
